24th Annual
Belknap Fall Festival
Louisville’s most fun two-day celebration
of art, live music, food, beer and fun!
Oct. 12-13 at The Loop, the streets behind Graeters Ice Cream and Havana Rumba, near the 2200 block of Bardstown Road in the Highlands.
This annual event is Belknap Neighborhood Association’s biggest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds support programs including Tree Canopy Program, beautification projects, annual egg hunt at Warheim Park, historical and preservation efforts, and social activities for residents.
Cost
This event is FREE and open to the public.
Ticket purchase is required for alcohol, pumpkin decorating, and face painting. Everything else such as food, non-alcoholic drinks, and artwork is cash or credit card. Artists differ in their payment policies – Ask before you shop. An ATM will be available on-site.
Beer and wine = $5 or $6 ticket
Pumpkin Decorating = $4 ticket
Face Painting = $5 ticket
Parking
Because this festival is held in a residential area, parking is on-street only. There are no lots available in the immediate vicinity. Arrive early to get the closest spots. Park anywhere on the surrounding streets and Bardstown Rd. near the intersection of Dundee, Yale and Wibben. Please be respectful of Belknap neighbors by not blocking driveways or alleys or parking on lawns. It’s no fun to find a parking violation ticket on your car when you return.
Schedule
Friday night, Oct. 12 – 6pm to 11pm
Live music, beer/wine, and food trucks. No artists or children’s activities on Friday.
Saturday, Oct. 13 – 11am to 11pm
Same as Friday but also includes about 50 artists and craftsmen, family and children’s activities, business sponsors, nonprofit organizations, plus food trucks and food vendors.

* Photos and video recordings of artwork is usually not permitted by the artists. Always ask the artist for permission if you are not sure of their policy. Audio and video recording equipment with an external microphone is not allowed.
